Meet Yu-Ting

Dr Yu-Ting Huang grew up in New Zealand and moved to Sydney where she furthered her education and training. Initially, Dr Ting studied medical science and counselling prior to pursuing medicine, after which she specialised in obstetrics and gynaecology. She underwent further advanced surgical training, including minimally invasive surgery and major collaborative surgery involving gynaecological cancer patients at Royal North Shore Hospital and John Hunter Hospital. Dr Ting has experience in fertility work across Australia and New Zealand. She is passionate about providing patient-centered care, with a focus on honesty, patience, and kindness as core values within her practice.

Outside of work, Dr Ting enjoys hiking, scuba diving, a good cup of tea, and meaningful conversations. She is passionate about animals and marine life and is an amateur underwater photographer (but still confused by shutter speed and aperture). She aims to become a professional dog groomer and run a doggy daycare when she retires.

Dr Ting has Taiwanese parentage and can speak Mandarin fluently.
