Dr Tina Fleming
As a doctor, I am passionate about the highest quality continuity of care, and this is reflected in my career trajectory, and of course through my practice.
After graduating with honours from The University of Sydney, I progressed through specialty training and developed a keen interest in the complex condition of endometriosis. This interest formed the foundation of my sub-specialisation, and as part of this I completed a laparoscopic fellowship at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital.
As endometriosis and fertility issues are frequently linked, I was then prompted to continue my education in Reproductive Health so that I could better serve my patients on their journey. I pursued this knowledge, and subsequently obtained a Masters Degree in Reproductive Medicine from the UNSW.
Since becoming involved in the world of assisted reproductive treatments, I have loved the opportunity to care for patients throughout the continuum of women’s health, including surgery, IVF and birth. There are few greater pleasures than delivering a baby that you have known from the embryo stage!I am a strong and compassionate communicator.
I am open to the fact that there are many ways of achieving the same goal, and believe that it is imperative that your path is tailored specifically for you.
