Your journey. Your family. Your way.

A pregnancy requires three elements: eggs, sperm and a uterus.

Depending on your body, your partner (if you have one), or the way you want to build your family, you may need the support of fertility treatment, donor conception, or both.

Our experienced fertility specialists and nurses work with LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples every day. We take the time to listen, understand your goals, and help you choose a treatment pathway that feels right for you.

What is donor conception?

Donor conception is the process of creating a pregnancy using donated sperm, eggs or embryos as part of fertility treatment.

You can think of it as filling in the missing pieces - whether that’s sperm, eggs, or both - so you can move forward with confidence toward parenthood.

Support that understands your experience

Navigating fertility treatment as an LGBTQIA+ person can come with unique questions - about identity, language, legal considerations, family roles and donor decisions.

That’s why we offer dedicated support from fertility nurses experienced in LGBTQIA+ and donor conception care. Whether you’re at the very start or ready to take the next step, they’re here to provide clear information and compassionate guidance.
