Rob has now started providing fertility services and is happy to see people experiencing infertility. Being able to assist couples conceive right through their pregnancy is rewarding. After more than a decade working in a busy private obstetrics practice, Rob feels privileged to provide an even more comprehensive journey for his patients – from pre-conception care and fertility assistance to birth and beyond. Continuity of care has always been one of the most important and rewarding aspects of Rob’s work as an obstetrician and there is no better way to provide this than joining his patients on their journey to parenthood, right from the very beginning.
Rob is passionate about providing the very best experience for any person or couple who have made the decision to become a parent no matter what their background or requirements.
Many patients or couples are unaware that fertility assistance encompasses far more than simply IVF. Rob feels one of the most rewarding aspects of his work is exploring and navigating each patient’s unique history and clinical requirements, to formulate an holistic plan – incorporating education about the amazing physiology of reproduction, allied health assistance, lifestyle modifications, and finally providing assistance to conceive with the simplest and most effective method, tailored to the individual. At then, of course, being in the privileged position as an obstetrician to join the next chapter of their journey right through to birth and beyond.
