Dr Kaushiki Dwivedee
Dr Kaushiki Dwivedee is a fully certified Gynaecologist and Obstetrician, and is currently in the final stages of obtaining her Fertility Specialist accreditation with Monash IVF.
Dr Kaushiki Dwivedee is passionate about women’s health across the entire continuum of care – from IVF and fertility, fertility and gynaecological surgery (including robotic surgery), menopause and hormonal health, and reproductive longevity. With nearly 30 years of clinical experience as a gynaecologist, obstetrician, fertility specialist, and reproductive endocrinologist, Kaushiki is proud to bring her private practice to Australia.
Having trained and practiced throughout India, the United Kingdom and Australia, Kaushiki has a deep understanding of the clinical, cultural, and personal expectations of her patients, and their different backgrounds, and brings this to the fertility and women's health care she provides.
Kaushiki was previously a Senior Consultant at Nova IVF, India's largest IVF provider, and has built an extensive patient base across India (Delhi) over the course of her career.
Her clinical practice spans four connected areas:
- IVF and fertility –including IVF, fertility preservation (egg and embryo freezing), reproductive endocrinology, and care for women conceiving later in life.
- Fertility and gynaecological surgery – robotic, laparoscopic, and hysteroscopic surgery for endometriosis, fibroids, polyps, adhesions, and uterine factors affecting fertility and gynaecological health.
- Menopause and hormonal health – bespoke perimenopause and menopause management, including menopausal hormone therapy (MHT).
- Reproductive longevity and IVF optimisation – a precycle and intercycle optimisation approach drawing on metabolic health, body composition, sleep, inflammation, and cardiovascular markers to improve egg quality, endometrial receptivity, and cycle outcomes.
Outside the clinic, Kaushiki is a serious strength athlete and competitive powerlifter, and an avid watercolour and ink artist with a particular love for Japanese design and light sculpture. She has a son, Lakshyajeet, who is based in Melbourne, and shares her home with her dogs.
