Meet Justin

Dr Justin Tucker commenced his role with the Monash IVF Group in March 2018. A graduate of The University of Sydney School of Medicine, Dr Justin Tucker went on to complete specialty training with Monash Health in Melbourne, followed by a Fellowship in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at The Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in Sydney.

His interest in fertility is long standing and he has obtained a Masters in Reproductive Medicine from the University of New South Wales. He has also completed a Bachelor of Science majoring in Reproductive Physiology.

Justin has an active role at The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and is currently undertaking research in ways of best informing patients on options for antenatal genetic screening. Justin understands that the world of fertility has the potential to be overwhelming and confusing for patients, as well as both emotionally and financially challenging.

He uses his contemporary, evidence based knowledge, clinical experience and common sense to allow his patients to explore options. He sees this as essential to creating a care plan that they understand, are happy with and addresses their unique set of needs. Justin has a great interest and experience in psychology which allows him to care for his patients in a way that is both mindful and inclusive.

Justin loves helping patients suffering from all types of infertility. He particularly identifies with and is passionate about reproductive options for same sex couples, as well as increasing awareness and access to social egg freezing.
