One of our Fertility Nurses will be in touch within 24 hours to discuss your next steps. If your form was submitted after 4pm on a Friday, or on a Saturday or Sunday please note our team will be in touch with you on Monday.
To help avoid any delays, please ensure that you (and your partner, if applicable) have completed all required consent forms and that any outstanding accounts have been settled.
