She takes a special interest in patients with endometriosis and Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), working with patients who may have complex cases to improve their health, well-being, and fertility prospects in the future.
Thea has published several academic articles, including a guideline on the management of pelvic pain flares. She has written chapters for a seminal Australian textbook in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and continues to be involved in research and medical education.
