Meet Elizabeth

Dr Elizabeth Jackson is a highly experienced Obstetrician, Gynaecologist and Fertility Specialist with Monash IVF in Cairns.

Dr Jackson’s education began with a Medicine Degree from Monash University and a Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of Obstetricians and Gynaecology. Dr Jackson then went on to complete additional training in Fertility with a Masters of Reproductive Medicine and Endocrinology (University of New South Wales) as well as a Masters of Minimally Invasive Surgery (University of Adelaide).

Dr Jackson has a keen interest in women's health and a dedication to a multidisciplinary approach to reproductive care. She offers a very broad range of treatments covering many aspects of women’s health, such as the management of menstrual disorders, abnormal pap smears, prolapse, pelvic pain, endometriosis, fertility concerns and obstetrics.

Impressively, Dr Jackson was the first robotically certified operating gynaecologist in North Queensland, meaning she regularly manages gynaecological surgical requirements such as laparoscopies for endometriosis.
