Did you know that vitamin E and arginine have been found to help boost sperm count and motility? Try this delicious avocado and prawn salad for a tasty way to incorporate some important vitamins in to your diet.

What you’ll need:

Serves 4

  • 2 avocados; halved, stones removed, peeled and thickly sliced
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber; trimmed, peeled into ribbons
  • 1 ½ tbs fresh lime juice

  • 1 ½ tsp fish sauce
  • ½ cup fresh coriander sprigs

How to make it:

  • Peel and de-vein the prawns, leaving tails intact.
