Melbourne Fertility Expo 15% Offer - Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the 15% promotional offer provided exclusively to attendees of the Australian Fertility Summit - Melbourne Fertility Expo.

1. Eligibility

To access this offer, patients must:

• Purchased a ticket to the Australian Fertility Summit – Melbourne Fertility Expo.

• Book a consultation with one of the participating Monash IVF specialists: Dr Luke Larmour, Dr Sam Sturrock, Professor Luk Rombauts, Dr Gareth Weston, Dr Dhanushi Fernando.

• Quote “MELBOURNE FERTILITY EXPO” at the time of booking or during the consultation.

2. Offer Details

• Eligible patients will receive 15% off one fertility treatment cycle.

• The discount applies to cycle fees for IVF, ICSI, IUI, FET, OI

• The offer also extends to eligible in-house ultrasound and diagnostic services completed with Monash Ultrasound for Women (MUFW), depending on the nature and timing of the service.

• The discount is valid only for a treatment cycle that commences before 31 March 2026.

• The offer can be used once per patient.

3. Exclusions

The 15% offer does not apply to:

• Any services or fees charged by third-party providers, including:

• Theatre fees

• Anaesthetics

• Medications

• Pharmacy item

• External pathology

• External genetic testing providers

• NIPT unless otherwise stated in the clinic fee schedule.

• Consecutive cycles after the discount cut off date.

• Services already subject to any other discount, promotion, fee adjustment or altered pricing.

4. How to Apply the Discount

• Patients must notify staff at the time of booking.

5. Required Appointment Steps

To qualify for the offer, the patient must:

• Complete an initial consultation with one of the five participating specialists.

• Be formally booked on for a cycle scheduled to begin before 31 March 2026.

6. Pricing and Limitations

• The offer is not valid with any other promotional pricing or fee adjustments.

• The discount is applied to the current fee schedule as at 19 November 2025.

• If fees are reduced as part of a general price change, the discount does not apply on top of the new lower pricing.

• The discount has no cash value and cannot be redeemed retrospectively or transferable on services already paid for.

7. Privacy

Patient information will be managed in accordance with the Monash IVF Privacy and Confidentiality Policy.

8. Changes to the Offer

Monash IVF may withdraw or amend this promotion at any time, except where a patient has already met the eligibility criteria and commenced booking steps.
